The VNIITE Maksi is a prototype developed in the far 1967 in the USSR. It has a aircooled engine from the ZAZ 965A at the rear. It had two sliding doors like a Peugoet 1007. The air inlets at the sides and the roof were used for cooling. It has quite a modern apperance for it's time. Not all manufacturers did have prototypes of a small MPV in '67. However only a few prototypes were built, so now we only can enjoy a 3d model:
